The licence breaks even at about an hour a week

Licensing is per bed, per year, so the number a finance approver has to justify scales with the size of the site.

For a typical regional site, the annual licence is recovered if the platform releases roughly one hour of pharmacist or clinician time a week. We will run that calculation against your bed numbers and loaded hourly rates.
