Evidence for Hospital Accreditation

Use of either the NAPS or the RAPA (or both) can be used as examples for hospital accreditation.

Under the ACSQHC Action 3.19 the recommendation is made: "Participation in NAPS is not mandatory, health service organisations can choose any tool that best suits their needs and context."

Data Sharing

The data you enter into the RAPA tool is your own, it is even isolated from other user's data in your own personal state or service database.

On using the RAPA tool your data is encrypted and stored according to modern cybersecurity standards and undergoes regular penetration testing. As part of the cybersecurity approvals process a data governance agreement will be provided re-iterating the fact that your data is the property of your health service and for use by nobody else (unless you want them to have it).

We will NEVER use the audit data that you generate to compete with your health service for the submission of research grants or PhD projects.
